Client offers advanced medical skin-changing facials and laser services, painless Brazilian bikini waxes, Facials: Deep Pore, Oxygen, Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion and more Chemical Peels: Micro-Peels and Vi-Peel Laser Resurfacing for Skin Tightening or Pigment Removal Injectable Fillers like Botox and Juvederm.
Our Approach
In the initial meeting I tried to understand the client requirement and what he is looking to accomplish, in 1-2 meetings I was able to present our approach to help automate the business operation for my client and provided a complete road map of how we can accomplish it. We started with a MVP (Minimum Viable Product) to help their staff to get familiar with the software and then keep on adding the modules as required.
Our Solution
In order to achieve the requirements we proposed a custom software development specific to your requirements and later on can be used as a SAAS product to be used by other people
Results
The software is used in more than one location and have almost 10,000 users It has the Users Roles namely Super administrator, Administrator, Staff Member user, Medical Director users, Technician user, Managers. Digital Signature, Membership Modules, Sale of services & Products, Inventory Management, Invoicing Modules, Refunds and adjustments, Access to Patient/Client files to make sure we have all the notes and updated information. Ability to upload OR add new users by uploading a CSV file.

The Challenge
Major challenge for the client was to keep track records of Daily/Weekly/Quarterly/Yearly Data records of all the patients treated. Each patient/client records file has more than 10 PDF OR documents generated and stored physically in the Clinic. So this was the Major challenge and how we can automate it so it is easy for the Managers, Staff and other locations working.
